Nocardia cerebral abscesses are rare and generally occur in immune-compromised patients but associated with a high mortality rate. This phenomenon can easily be confused with brain tumors due to the similarities in clinically and radiologically features. So diagnosis and appropriate antimicrobial therapy is very important, Trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole is as the first-line treatment that described in most cases.
