fa بررسی وضعیت خوددرمانی کودکان زیر پنج سال توسط مادران در روستاهای شهرستان اردکان علوم بهداشت / بهداشت عمومی Health Sciences / Public Health پژوهشي Research <div> <table align="left" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0cm 12px; text-align: justify;" valign="top"><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">مقدمه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">خوددرمانی در کودکان به مشکل مهمی برای سلامت جامعه ایران تبدیل شده است. چرا که کودکان به علت فیزیولوژی نابالغ، نسبت به اثرات مضر داروها حساس&shy; ترند. این مطالعه به منظور بررسی وضعیت خوددرمانی مادران در مورد بیماری&shy; های کودکان زیر پنج سال در روستاهای شهرستان اردکان انجام گردید.</span></span><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">روش کار:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">این مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی بر روی 350 مادر دارای کودک زیر ۵ سال در روستاهای شهرستان اردکان در سال 1398 انجام شد</span></span><b>.</b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> نمونه &shy;گیری بصورت سرشماری انجام شد. داده &shy;ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه 5 قسمتی استاندارد خوددرمانی، جمع‌آوری گردید. داده &shy;ها به وسیله نرم&shy;افزار </span></span>SPSS24<span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> و با استفاده از آماره&shy; های توصیفی و کای &shy;دو تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد.</span></span><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">یافته &shy;ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">نتایج نشان داد 57/28% از مادران بصورت خودسرانه به فرزند خود دارو داده بودند. مهم‌ترین علل مصرف خودسرانه دارو، نداشتن وسیله ای برای رفت و آمد به شهر با 38/92%، باز نبودن جاده رفت و آمد به شهر در تمام طول سال با 89/27% بود. همچنین داروهای سرماخوردگی با 88/96% و تب&shy; برها با 77/93% از عمده‌ترین داروی مصرفی بودند. بین وضعیت پوشش بیمه درمانی با خوددرمانی رابطه معناداری مشاهده شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">با توجه به اینکه حدود 80% از مادران اقدام به خوددرمانی می &shy;کنند و علل بسیاری از آنها نبود امکانات رفت و آمد به مراکز درمانی می&shy; باشد، ارتقاء و توسعه راه&shy; ها و جاده &shy;ها و همچنین توزیع عادلانه پزشک و خدمات درمانی در جوامع روستایی ضروری به نظر می&shy; رسد.</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div> <div> <table align="center" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0cm 12px; text-align: justify;" valign="top"><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b>Introduction:</b> Self-medication in children has turned into an important problem for the health of Iranian society. Because children are more sensitive to the harmful effects of drugs due to their immature physiology. This study was conducted in order to investigate the self-medication status of mothers regarding the diseases of children under five years old in the villages of Ardakan.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b>Materials </b><b>and Methods</b><b>:</b> This descriptive-cross-sectional study was conducted on 350 mothers with children under five years old in the villages of Ardakan in 2019. Sampling was done by census. The data was collected by a standard five-part self- medication questionnaire. The data was analyzed with spss24and using descriptive statistics and chi-square.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b>Results:</b> The results showed that 57.82% of the mothers had arbitrarily given medicine to their children. The most important causes of self-inflicted drug use were not having a means of commuting to the city with 92.38%, the road not being open for commuting to the city all year round with 27.89%. Also, cold medicines with 96.88% and antipyretics with 93.77% were the most used medicines.
