<span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra"">روش کار:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra"">مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه کوهورت گذشته ­نگر است که در بخش فوق­ تخصصی هماتولوژی و انکولوژی بیمارستان تخصصی کودکان مفید انجام پذیرفت. </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra"">جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کودکان کمتر از 18 سال بودند که به سرطان خون، سرطان غدد لنفاوی و نوروبلاستوم مبتلا شده بودند. نمونه­ گیری به روش غیر تصادفی انجام شد. ارزیابی تغذیهای شامل اندازهگیری وزن، قد، دور بازو و محاسبه شاخص توده بدنی بود. صدک و </span></span>Z-score<span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""> وزن برای قد و در کودکان 2 سال به بالا صدک و </span></span>Z-score<span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""> شاخص توده بدنی محاسبه گردید و میزان شدت سوءتغذیه مشخص شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra"">یافته­ ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra"">در مجموع 96 کودک مبتلا به سرطانهای رایج اطفال مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند.<b> </b>نتایج نشان داد تفاوت زیادی از لحاظ میزان وزن در بین گروههای جنسی و میزان قد در بین کودکان مبتلا به سرطانهای مختلف وجود نداشت.<b> </b>با توجه به نمودار 2،<b> </b>کاهش در شاخص توده بدنی در کودکان مبتلا به نفروبلاستوما، نوربلاستوما و لنفوما در بازه زمانی سوم مشاهده شد. نتایج نشان داد که تغییرات چشمگیر در میزان شاخص توده بدنی بر اساس جنسیت و در بازه زمانی مختلف وجود ندارد.<b> </b>تفاوت چشمگیری در بین دو جنس در نمودار </span></span>Z score<span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""> وجود نداشت، درحالیکه در بازه زمانی دهم در دختران برخلاف پسران کاهش ناگهانی مشاهده شد.</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra"">نتیجه ­گیری:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra"">نتایج نشان داد که در بیشتر شاخص های مورد بررسی، وضعیت تغذیه ای در تشخیص سرطان در گروه سنی کودکان در محدوده طبیعی قرار داشت. با این وجود، پیگیری طولانیمدت و مداوم گروه مورد مطالعه برای تعیین تأثیر وضعیت تغذیهای آنها در تشخیص و درمان ضروری است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></td>

<td style="padding: 0cm 12px; text-align: justify;" valign="top"><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><b>Introduction</b><b>:</b> Malnutrition is one of the most important factors affecting the treatment process of children with cancer. The objective of the present study was to determine the effectiveness of nutritional interventions in controlling and treatment of malnutrition in children with common cancers.</span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><b>Materials </b><b>and Methods</b><b>:</b> The current study is a retrospective cohort study that was conducted in the Hematology and Oncology Department of Mofid Children's Hospital. All included patients were children aged <18 years with leukemia, lymphoma, and neuroblastoma. Sampling was done in a non-random way. Nutritional evaluation of patients included measuring weight, height, arm circumference and calculating body mass index performed by a pediatrician. The percentage and Z-score of weight for height and in 2 year old children and older, the percentage and Z-score of body mass index were calculated. Based on the obtained results, the severity of malnutrition was determined.</span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><b>Results:</b> A total of 96 children with common childhood cancers were studied. The results revealed that weight changes were not significant among sexual groups. Moreover, there was no significant difference in height between children with different cancers. Based on the diagram 2, a decrease in the BMI of children with nephroblastoma, neuroblastoma, and lymphoma was observed in the third period. The results showed that there was no significant difference in BMI based on gender and in different time periods. In the Z score diagram by gender, there was no significant difference between boys and girls, while in the tenth time period, unlike boys, a sharp decrease was observed in girls.<span style="font-size:12.0pt">.</span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><b>Conclusion:</b> The results showed that in most of the investigated indicators, the nutritional status in the diagnosis of cancer in the age group of children was in the normal range. However, long-term and continuous follow-up of the patients with malignancy is necessary to determine the effect of their nutritional status on diagnosis and treatment process.<span dir="RTL" style="font-size:12.0pt" lang="FA"></span></span></span></span></td>
