fa بررسی ارتباط عملکرد خانواده با سلامت روان زندانیان در شرف آزادی در زندان های کرمان و یزد در سال 1398 علوم پزشکی / روانپزشکي Medical Sciences / Psychiatry پژوهشي Research <table align="left" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0cm 9pt; vertical-align: top; text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقدمه و هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">عملکرد خانواده می&shy;ت واند یکی از مهم &shy;ترین تعیین &shy;کنندهای سلامت روان زندانیان باشد. علی&shy;رغم تحقیقاتی که در خصوص رابطه عملکرد خانواده و سلامت روان صورت گرفته &shy;است، پژوهش &shy;های اندکی رابطه این دو را در میان زندانیان مورد مطالعه قرار داده &shy;اند. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی ارتباط عملکرد خانواده با سلامت روان زندانیان در شرف آزادی در زندان &shy;های کرمان و یزد در سال 1398 است.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش کار:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">پژوهش حاضر مقطعی و ابزار جمع&shy; آوری داده &shy;ها، پرسشنامه&shy; های عملکرد خانواده (</span></span><span dir="LTR">FAD</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) و سلامت عمومی (</span></span><span dir="LTR">GHQ</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) بود. جامعه آماری تمامی 743 زندانی در شرف آزادی در زندان&shy; های استان&shy; های کرمان و یزد بودند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده&shy; ها توسط نرم&shy; افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR">SPSS23</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">و با استفاده از همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی انجام شد.</span></span><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></strong> <div><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته&shy; ها:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">از کل زندانیان 95% زندانیان مرد بودند و میانگین سنی آنها 27/9</span></span><span style="font-size:11px;">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">15/37 سال بود. از لحاظ وضعیت زناشویی، 522 نفر (70/3%) متأهل بودند. همچنین 378 نفر (%51) فاقد سابقه حبس و 365 نفر (%49) نیز سابقه حبس از یک تا سیزده سال داشتند. به لحاظ نوع جرم ارتکابی، 335 نفر (%45) جرایم مرتبط با مواد مخدر، 198 نفر (%27) سرقت و بقیه (%28) جرایم دیگر مرتکب شده&shy; بودند. بین عملکرد خانواده با سلامت روان زندانیان رابطه مثبت و معنادار (0/001=p) وجود داشت. نتایج رگرسیون نیز نشان داد که</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">%13 از تغییرات موجود در سلامت روان زندانیان تابع عملکرد خانواده آنها است. همچنین از بین ابعاد عملکرد خانواده، سه بعد حل مساله (0/24</span></span><span dir="LTR">&beta;=</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">)، آمیزش عاطفی&nbsp;(0/13</span></span><span dir="LTR">&beta;=</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) و کنترل رفتاری(0/13</span></span><span dir="LTR">&beta;=</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) قوی &shy;ترین مؤلفه &shy;های پیش &shy;بینی&shy; کننده سلامت روان زندانیان بودند.</span></span></div> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه &shy;گیری:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مؤلفه &shy;های عملکرد خانواده، با تمامی ابعاد سلامت روان به جز ناکارآمدی اجتماعی، رابطه مثبت و معناداری داشتند. این بدین معناست که هرچه عملکرد خانوده زندانیان در شرف آزادی ضعیف&shy; تر باشد، به همان میزان، سلامت روان اعضای خانواده آنها نیز پایین&shy; تر خواهد بود.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div style="text-align: justify;"><div style="clear:both;"></div></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td align="left">&nbsp;<strong>Introduction: </strong>Family functioning can be one of the most important determinants of mental health of prisoners. Despite the research that has been done on the relationship between family functioning and mental health, few studies have examined the relationship between these two variables among prisoners. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between family functioning and mental health of prisoners on the verge of release in Kerman and Yazd prisons in 2019.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Materials </strong><strong>and Methods</strong><strong>:</strong> &nbsp;The study was a cross-sectional one, and the data collection tools were Family Functioning Questionnaire (FAD) and General Health Questionnaire (GHQ). The statistical population was all 743 prisoners on the verge of release in prisons in Kerman and Yazd provinces. The results were analyzed using SPSS 23 software and Pearson&#39;s correlation and linear regression.<br> &nbsp;Out of prisoners, %95 were male and mean age was 27/9 &plusmn;15/37. In terms of marital status, 522 (70.3%) were married. Also, 378 (51%) of them had no history of imprisonment and 365 (49%) had a history of imprisonment of one to thirteen years. In terms of the type of crime committed, 335 (45%) of them committed drug-related crimes, 198 (27%) committed theft, and the rest (28%) committed other crimes. There was a positive and significant relationship between family performance and mental health of prisoners (p=0.001). The regression results also showed that %13 of the changes in the mental health of prisoners were a function of their family functioning. Also, among the dimensions of family functioning, three dimensions of problem solving (&beta;=0.24), emotional intercourse (&beta;=0.13), and behavioral control (&beta;=13.13) were the strongest predictors of mental health of prisoners.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Family functioning components had a positive and significant relationship with all aspects of mental health except social inefficiency.
