fa بررسی ارتباط بین ابعاد فک تحتانی و قد در یک جمعیت از شهر کرمان در سال 1398 The Relationship between Mandibular Dimensions and Stature in a Kerman Population in 2020 علوم پزشکی / آناتومی Medical Sciences / Anatomy كاربردي Applicable <table align="left" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0cm 9pt; vertical-align: top; text-align: justify;">مقدمه و هدف: اندازه‌گیری ابعاد استخوان‌ها و ارتباط آنها با قد و همچنین مقایسه این ابعاد در دو جنس مختلف، در کاربردهای پزشکی قانونی و علم آنتروپومتری از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است. با توجه به افزایش برخی از ابعاد فک تحتانی به ازای هر سال بر حسب میلی‌متر و همچنین وجود تفاوت‌های جنسیتی در این استخوان، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین برخی از ابعاد فک تحتانی با قد و جنسیت در یک جمعیت از شهر کرمان انجام شدهاست. روش کار: در این مطالعه مقطعی، تعداد 300 نفر (150 مرد، 150 زن، 18 تا 30 سال) از ساکنین شهر کرمان به‌صورت تصادفی خوشه‌ای انتخاب و پس از ثبت قد، با استفاده از کالیپر فاصله دو زاویه فک تحتانی و نیز فاصله زاویه‌های چپ و راست تا جلوی فک اندازه‌گیری شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های t مستقل و رگرسیون خطی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. <a name="_Hlk74556295">جهت بررسی دقت تمایز جنسیتی هر یک از ابعاد فک تحتانی از آزمون‌های یک و چند متغیره تجزیه و تحلیل تمایزی استفاده شد.</a> یافته ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار طول قد، فاصله دو زاویه فک و فاصله زاویه چپ و راست تا جلوی فک در مردان به ترتیب 6/34±178/09، 0/86±11/47، 0/91±10/27و 0/92±10/23سانتی‌متر بود. این مقادیر در زنان به ترتیب 5/85±163/32، 0/91±10/16، 1/02±9/43 و 0/8±9/15 سانتی‌متر بود (همه متغیرها 0/001>p). همچنین ضریب همبستگی قد با فاصله دو زاویه فک و فاصله زاویه چپ و راست تا جلوی فک در کل نمونه‌ها به ترتیب 0/505، 0/396 و 0/502 بود (همه متغیرها 0/001>p). این مقادیر در گروه مردان به ترتیب 0/171(0/037=p)، 0/231(0/005=p) و 0/214(0/008=p) بود. در زنان ارتباط معنی‌داری برای این مقادیر مشاهده نشد. صحت تخمین جنسیت براساس تمامی پارامترهای فک تحتانی 78% و این میزان براساس متغیرهای فاصله دو زاویه فک، فاصله زاویه راست و چپ تا جلوی فک به تنهایی، به ترتیب 74/7%، 75/3% و 67/7% برآورد شد. نتیجه گیری: با استفاده از فرمول‌های به دست آمده در این مطالعه و تأیید آن در مطالعات با حجم نمونه بیشتر، شاید بتوان طول قد و جنسیت را با دقت بالاتری نسبت به روش‌های موجود، بهویژه در حیطه پزشکی قانونی تعیین کرد.</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div style="text-align: justify;"><div style="clear:both;"></div></div> <table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td align="left">Introduction: Measuring the dimensions of bones and their relationship with stature, as well as comparing these dimensions in two different sexes, is of great importance in forensic applications and anthropometric science. Due to the increase in some dimensions of the mandible per year in terms of millimeters and also the existence of gender differences in this bone, the aim of this study was to evaluate the correlation of some mandibular dimensions with human height and gender in a Kerman population. Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 300 Kermanian natives (150 males, 150 females, aged 18 to 30) were selected using cluster random sampling method and height of these subjects were recorded. Also, bigonial distance and gonion-gnathion distance (left and right) were measured using calipers. Data were analyzed using independent t –test and linear regression. Discriminant function analysis were used to evaluate the accuracy of gender differentiation of each dimension of the mandible. Results: The means and standard deviations of stature, bigonial width and left and <a name="_Hlk74565390">right gonion-gnathion </a>distance in males were 178.09±6.34, 11.47±0.86, 10.27±0.91 and 10.23±0.92 cm, respectively. These values in females were 163.32±5.82, 10.16±0.91, 9.43±1.02 and 9.15±0.8 cm, respectively (for all variables p<0.001). Moreover, the correlation coefficient of stature with bigonial width and left and right gonion-gnathion distance in all persons were 0.505, 0.396 and 0.502, respectively (for all variables p<0.001). These values in males were 0.171 (p=0.037), 0.231 (p=0.005) and 0.214 (p=0.008), respectively. However, no significant correlation was observed for these values in female.
