fa بررسی وضعیت بهداشت محیط خوابگاه‌های دانشجویی پسرانه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایلام در سال 1395 علوم بهداشت / بهداشت محیط Health Sciences / Environmental Health پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">:</span></strong> خوابگاه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های دانشجویی نقش زیادی در سلامت جسمانی، روانی و وضعیت تحصیلی دانشجویان دارند.&nbsp; لذا این&nbsp;مکان ها&nbsp; بایستی از نظر رعایت اصول بهداشتی و ایمنی مناسب باشد تا دانشجویان در این محیط بتوانند به راحتی به&nbsp; فعالیت<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های خود بپردازند<span dir="LTR">.</span>&nbsp;هدف از این پژوهش&nbsp; بررسی وضعیت بهداشتی خوابگاههای پسرانه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایلام در سال 1395می باشد<span dir="LTR">.</span><br> <strong>روش</strong> <strong>کار:</strong> این مطالعه توصیفی<span dir="LTR"> - </span>مقطعی در خوابگاه های دانشجویان پسر (سه خوابگاه)&nbsp;دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایلام طراحی و اجرا گردیده است.<span dir="LTR">. این مطالعه به صورت سرشماری&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>با استفاده از چک لیست استانداردهای محیطی وزارت بهداشت، درمان وآموزش پزشکی انجام گرفت. جمع آوری اطلاعات مربوط به ارزیابی وضعیت بهداشتی اتاق های خوابگاه، به صورت تصادفی ساده انجام گرفت.&nbsp;برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار2007&nbsp;<span dir="LTR">Excel</span> استفاده شده است<span dir="LTR">.</span><br> <strong>یافته</strong> <strong>ها</strong>:&nbsp; مطالعه نشان داد که بیشترین درصد دانشجویان(53 درصد) دارای رنج سنی 30-20 سال می باشند. بیشترین امتیاز کسب شده مربوط به بهداشت ساختمان های خوابگاه ها بود. در این مطالعه 3 واحد خوابگاهی به نام های بوستان 1، 2 و 3 از نظر بهداشتی بودن و مطابقت با آیین نامه بهداشتی به ترتیب با امتیاز &nbsp;01/71، 85/49 &nbsp;و 14/67درصد بودند<span dir="LTR">.</span><br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">:</span></strong> براساس یافته‌ها و مشاهدات انجام شده، خوابگاه بوستان 2 &nbsp;امتیاز بیشتر و نواقص کمتری نسبت به سایر واحد‌ها داشت (71/77%). خوابگاه بوستان 1 و 3&nbsp; نیاز به توجه بیشتر جهت رعایت شاخص‌های بهداشتی دارند. با توجه به اینکه خوابگاه‌های دانشجویی یکی از اماکن حساس و با اهمیت محسوب می‌شود لذا بایستی مشکلات بهداشتی خوابگاه های مورد مطالعه را برطرف کرد تا&nbsp; دانشجویان درخوابگاه&nbsp; از محیطی سالم، بهداشتی و ایمن برخوردار باشند<span dir="LTR">.</span>&nbsp; <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Student dormitories play a substantial role in the physical, mental and academic well-being of the students. Therefore, these places should be appropriate in the view of health and safety so that students in this environment can easily do their work. The purpose of this study was to survey the health status of male dormitories of Ilam University of Medical Sciences in 2017.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This descriptive cross-sectional study was designed and implemented using a checklist prepared on the basis of environmental standards of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education in the dormitory of male students (3 dormitories) of Ilam University of Medical Sciences. Also, in the assessment of the health status of dormitory rooms, sampling was done randomly. The data was analyzed by Excel 2007 software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The study showed that the highest percentage of students (53%) had an age range of 20-30 years. The highest score was related to the health of dormitory buildings. In this study, 3 dormitories named Boostan 1, 2, and 3 were investigated. All three dormitories were in terms of health and compliance with health regulations with a score of 71.01, 49.85, and 67.14% respectively.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Based on the findings, Bostan 2 dormitory had more positive points and less defects than other dormitories (77.71%). Bostan 1 and 3 dormitories need more attention<strong>s</strong> to reach health indicators.
