Introduction: The goal of the study was to examine the effectiveness of Adlerian training on improvement ofmother-daughter relations and its dimension in vocational school girls in the Isfahan.
Materials and Methods: The statistical population was all vocational school girls in academic year 2017-18. The research method was experimental with pretest, posttest, and control group and
forty-five-day follow-up design. The sample size in the study was 40 girls with their mothers who were selected through clustered random sampling method and were randomly assigned into experimental and control groups (each group, 20 student). The experimental group received eight
ninety-minute interventions related to Adlerian training in two months once a week and the control group did not recived any trianing. Subjects in both groups evaluated with research measurements in pre, post and follow-up tests. The research measurement included Mother-daughter relations scales (Agharahimi & Yousefi, 2014) (only girls recived trianing and their mothers were evaluated by research measurement).
Results: Gathered data was analyzed by descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential (Repeated Measure ANOVA) statistics. The results showed that Adlerian training was significantly effective on decarsing conflicts between  mothers and their daughters and conflicts between daugthers and their mothers from pre-test to post-test and
follow-up. (p<0.001).
Conclusion: Regards  to results it can be said the method is effective on improving mother-doughter relationships.
