fa خلاصه سیاستی تلفیقی سقط جنین و سلامت زنان در ایران Integrated Policy Brief on Abortion and Women’s Health in Iran علوم پزشکی/ مامایی Medical Sciences /Midwifery پژوهشي Research <div> <table align="left" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0cm 12px; text-align: justify;" valign="top">مقدمه: سقط جنین، چه خودبه‌خودی و چه عمدی، یکی از چالش‌های اساسی و پیچیده سلامت زنان در ایران محسوب می‌شود. خلاصه سیاستی حاضر بر اساس داده‌های مستند و با هدف ارائه یک مدل تلفیقیِ پیشگیری، تشخیص و درمان تدوین شده است. روش کار: این خلاصه سیاستی با استفاده از یافته‌های چهار مطالعه مهم شامل ارزیابی دقیق شیوع سقط جنین در ایران، بررسی ارتباط آن با خطر ابتلا به سرطان پستان، و تحلیل رویکرد طب ایرانی در مواجهه با سقط مکرر، چارچوبی برای ارائه راهکارهای اجرایی تلفیقی و بومی برای ارتقاء سلامت زنان ایرانی ترسیم می‌کند. نتایج: یافتههای جامع این مطالعات نشان می‌دهد که سقط جنین در ایران نه تنها یک پدیده پزشکی، بلکه یک پدیده چندوجهی با پیامدهای بلندمدت جسمی، روانی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی است. سیاست‌گذاری مؤثر برای مدیریت این چالش نیازمند رویکردی جامع است که بر محورهای اصلی آموزش مؤثر سلامت باروری، اجرای برنامه‌های غربالگری هدفمند برای سرطان‌ها، و تلفیق دانش طب سنتی و ایرانی با پزشکی مدرن متمرکز باشد. نتیجه گیری: اجرای هماهنگ محورهای پنج‌گانه پیشنهادی – که آموزش پیشگیرانه را با غربالگری‌های هدفمند پزشکی، مداخلات نوین طب سنتی و بهبود زیرساخت‌های داده‌ای ترکیب می‌کند – می‌تواند نه تنها نرخ سقط را کاهش دهد، بلکه سلامت جسمی، روانی و کیفیت زندگی زنان و خانواده‌های ایرانی را به شکلی پایدار ارتقا بخشد تا نظام سلامت بتواند پاسخی مؤثر و همه‌جانبه به این معضل ارائه دهد.</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div> <div> <table align="left" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0cm 12px; text-align: justify;" valign="top">Introduction: Abortion, whether spontaneous or induced, is one of the important and complex challenges to women's health in Iran. This policy brief is based on documented data and aims to provide an integrated model of prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. Materials and Methods: This policy brief synthesizes findings from four key studies, including an assessment of the magnitude of abortion in Iran, an analysis of its association with the risk of breast cancer, and an approach by Iranian traditional medicine to recurrent abortion, to outline a framework for integrated and context-specific policy actions focused on improving the health of Iranian women. Results: The combined evidence indicates that in Iran, abortion is not merely a medical matter but a complex phenomenon accompanied by physical, psychological, social, and cultural consequences that manifest as long-lasting effects. There is a need, therefore, for effective policymaking based on a holistic approach that integrates strengthening reproductive health education and targeted cancer screening programs and harmonizes lessons from Iranian traditional medicine with modern practice.
